About NCCS

The National Council for Children’s Service (NCCS) is aState Corporation  under the Ministry of Gender, Culture and Children Services, State Department for Children Services. It i s established under Section 41 of the Children Act 2022 to regulate, coordinate and oversight children's services. The Council is also mandated to advise the Government on all matters relating to children in Kenya.
